" When Mercy Met Justice " Easter song
God's justice demanded that I be forever separated from Him because of Adam's sin ( Romans 5:12-19 ). God's mercy and grace, however, provided a way that I could be rescued from perishing ( Salvation ). This plan of God's began to be foreshadowed as far back as the Garded of Eden when God provided a covering for Adam and Eve's sin, something that they tried to do and failed at ( the fig leaves ). Jesus' sacrifice that day on Golgotha satisfied God's holy demands of absolute perfection ( propitiation ) to the full. There is nothing to be added to this finished work at Calvary. When justice and mercy met at the foot of the cross, grace won out, and the captives were set free. Praise the Lord!

" From The Tree " Easter song
One of the joys in my life is singing with the woman the Lord gave me to be my wife. This Easter song is one of my favorites that we sing together. We call it the " ooh " song, because of the intro, but it is a song about the greatest love that has ever been demonstrated; the love that came from Jesus to mankind from the cross as He cried " Father forgive them ". We should have been there, but our Savior took our place, and because of this I am forever grateful and want to live my life for my Lord. I live for Him because He died for me.

When the nation of Israel painted the blood of the lamb across the top and sides of the doorposts, the death angel passed over, hence the celebration of Jewish Passover every year. On that fateful night, the only thing that " saved " you was having the blood applied. The same holds true of every human being today. Do you have the blood of Jesus applied to your soul? " That Day " Easter song
Have you ever contemplated what happened the day Jesus died on the cross? Matthew 27:45-54 gives us a vivid description. For three hours, God the Father could not look on the sin-bearer, His Son, because He was " becoming sin for us "( 2 Cor. 5:21 ). The moment Jesus gave up the ghost was the time of the evening sacrifice for the sins of the people by the High Priest, and the lamb ran away without being sacrificed because God's Lamb , the eternal sacrifice, was dying on the tree. I was in the crowd when Jesus screamed " FATHER, FORGIVE THEM ". So were you. No day will ever compare to THAT DAY, the day our Savior died for our sins, being seperated from the Father so that we never have to be seperated. Oh what a Savior!

Adam blew it for all of us when he disobeyed one commandment and became lost along with all who would follow afterwards. God, in His omniscience, knew this before it happened, and provided the animal skins to cover their nakedness ( sin ). This was the first sign of the promise of the covenant made between God the Father and God the Son to pay the price for our sin. This " once for all " offering obtained eternal redemption ( Heb.9:12 ), and eternal perfection ( Heb. 10:14 ) for all who would believe on Him for Salvation.

We all have fond memories of our childhood, and when we're young we cannot imagine that things will ever change. Let this song take you back to that time in your life. It was written by four guys shortly before graduation from high school in 1985 and sung on that night. I was one of those guys. My song for Christina
I wrote this song last Thursday, the day of Christina Green's memorial service. I have spent the last three days getting it ready for the world to hear, so that we begin to heal again and forever remember "everybody's little girl", Christina. We, as Americans, will never forget what these last few days have meant as we watched this precious soul go from us to Heaven to be with her Heavenly Father. I hope this song will always remind you of this heroic young life who will forever capture our hearts. This is my song of remembrance for our beloved Christina.
